Customer ≠ Always Right
The customer isn't always right.
This may sound unusual and cause some irritation in the first instance. However, principal and agent should be much more equal partners. They must respond to one another and merge their ideas and their expertise. Only in this way a good collaboration may take place and an elaborate project may succeed.
Each project is implemented in four successive phases. After each phase of the project, there is an interim meeting with you. This arises transparency and the opportunity for you to decide purposefully. Moreover, your integration in the project process is increased and you can introduce your own ideas and suggestions concertedly.
